 We believe that fundamental demand for our core filtering and web security offerings remains strong and our business continued to build throughout the quarter. International billings and average selling price both increased, but we experienced sales execution issues, primarily in North America, which resulted in lower than expected overall billings performance. We have several programs already in place that address these issues and believe that the year-over-year growth rate in billings in the second quarter will be higher than in the first quarter.

 New home sales activity continued to point to strong consumer demand as our new orders increased 24 percent year-over-year. As the industry continues to benefit from favorable market conditions, we continue to strengthen our position in strategic markets through organic and acquisitive growth,

Conditions in our end markets continue to point to an extended, strong global mining cycle. We face the challenge of increasing capacity to meet demand, while managing a tight supply chain. Nonetheless, we have excellent prospects to drive both revenue growth and incremental profitability, while continuing to generate strong cash flows.

 Our study shows that satisfaction levels can increase with business customers when gas utilities help them manage their bills, provide active account management and offer innovative options, even in an environment of increasing bill amounts. Providing these options to customers has led to excellent performance by the gas utility industry in satisfying business customers.

 The business and industry environment during the quarter was generally favorable. Our sales results reflected stable trends across our product lines and a modest ramp in demand for fluid handling equipment through the quarter and into December.
