I think that retailers have always been somewhat responsible for what they sell. Many of them have spent a lot of time and effort on quality control. I think litigation is a fact of life for retailers. What you're seeing here is that retailers are being held responsible for more and more.

The Internet as a tool means all the leading retailers are going to be on the Internet in the next couple of years. The pure selling concept over the Internet has proven not to work and the pure plays are gong to be surpassed by traditional retailers.

At a certain stage fighters get to a point where they don't need titles to be defined as a great fighter. I think titles are a great thing to have, don't get me wrong. All I'm saying is if you put the titles up there, I'll win the titles. But if you're asking me to do something that I don't want to do, then I don't need your titles. I want to be a fans' champions. I want to fight who the fans want to see me fight.

I like the fact that we have guys who are known as proven winners. Guys who can help you through the struggles. You can turn to them a lot for help. I'm looking forward to talking to Matt Morris, him being new and a proven winner and talking about what he does on and off the field and in between games.

Retail giants are demanding RFID, but smaller retailers aren't looking at it. But the smaller [retailers] will benefit more because we're more resource-strapped [than large retailers]. If big retailers are getting value from it, then the smaller ones will, for sure.

No matter how big the number is, we are going to sell out, ... We are going to have some disappointment with retailers and consumers.

December is one of the best months of the year for retailers. Of the past four years, retailers have beaten the market. Typically, everyone says the Christmas season is going to be horrible and they don't want to be in retailers, only to see December do very well for the market and even better for retailers.

This is a big downer for retailers and for computer manufacturers because they were all looking forward to having something new to sell this holiday.
