 We break it down in terms of value for money, product quality and service quality. For virtually all of these retailers, with the exception of Wal-Mart, it is really the service quality that seems to be driving the satisfaction.

 Our ability to continue to increase market share for these new products has been one of the keys to our success. Our sales, service and production teams work closely with our customers to continually improve our product and service performance. The outstanding work produced in our Warsaw, Indiana facility is characteristic of the quality that we achieve in each of our facilities.

 These certifications confirm our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. I am very proud of the team effort that was put forth by our employees to obtain these certifications. Employees from Quality Assurance, Operations, Research and Development, Customer Service and Marketing all played key roles in reaching this goal. The auditors focused on quality management systems, production processes and controls, design controls, customer-related processes, and customer satisfaction measurement. The professionalism and knowledge of the entire ZEVEX team in these areas directly contributed to these certifications.

 The outstanding result achieved by MANN-FILTER for services and product quality reaffirms our strategy of offering top-quality products and providing outstanding service to our original equipment manufacturer and aftermarket customers. Our customers can be assured that they can continue to expect world-class products and services in the future.

 Investors care about product quality to the extent that it definitively correlates with financial performance. The reality is, however, that it's very hard to draw a direct correlation between product quality -- maybe because it's so subjective -- and financial performance in the newspaper industry.
