 The first would be odor reduction. Odor is a comfort issue. We describe this as a nuisance odor. People react to odors differently. ... It doesn't necessarily mean there's a health effect but it does affect comfort within the building.

 The ozone layer provides important protection to all of us from the sun's harmful rays. It's important that companies and individuals who work with ozone-depleting substances follow appropriate steps to ensure the materials are not released into the atmosphere. This helps keep the ozone layer intact.

 It will probably not break any records, but it shows that ozone depletion is going on and that the so-called ozone recovery has yet to be confirmed.

 The hole in the ozone layer expanded this year, and the quantity of ozone destroyed within that area increased as well.

 I was concerned first of all that people were using a device that wasn't proven and second of all, there was this issue of ozone generation. That's been recorded before. We know these generators generate ozone,

 The size of the ozone hole this year was expected to be in the same region as in 2000 and 2003, the two largest ozone holes recorded so far.

 We're still investigating why the ozone was still in the water and why it wasn't detected before it was released into the aquarium. The ozone sensor on that (recovery) tank seems to be correct, so we don't think it's a mechanical error.

 When trees are stressed, they emit a different odor, just like a person under stress. Insects detect this odor and attack them.

 The odor is out of control. It stinks all the time. We know it's an old plant, but there are ways to contain odor.
