 This is something we've been working for the past three years. We've gotten beat on a buzzer-beater the last two years (50-49 loss to Johnstown in a Division III district final two years ago, 54-53 loss to Bloom-Carroll in a Division III district final last year), so we're working hard to make sure that doesn't happen again.

 It's a setback for us, but I feel bad for Grant with everything he's gone through the past five years. He had a very productive summer and he felt great coming out of it, and he had a great training camp. For our team, it's just a situation where we have to step up. Collectively, we have to step up and make up for the loss. But the games still go on.

 After the break, it doesn't get any easier for us. We're excited to play Rice, who is coming off a great season, and Virginia, one of the best teams in the ACC, at home. We know we have an awesome challenge after that in DePaul, continuing what has been a great series over the years.

 It's a big loss. They're both going to play. It's going to be different from years past where Lee was our goalie and she was the only one. I think this year it's good because Jess and Cammie both have different strengths and have done a great job.

 She has a great perspective. She's young. She's only 14 years old. You can imagine for how many more years she can represent the United States, and how many great victories she can obtain in international competition. We're looking to see her in many years from now on.

 The biggest surprise doesn't sound all that great because it was a loss to Mountain View. The second game, we lost 27-25. It's good because the last two years, they crushed us. We always used to go in there and be intimidated. Now they recognize they can compete in that level.

 Who doesn't wear M&S underwear? They've been 'supporting' me for years and now I'm glad I've got a suit to wear as well. Marks & Spencer is a great British institution and I am very happy to be associated with it.

 It was a big thrill to play all those years and this ranks right up there. Entering the Expos Hall of Fame was great, but not like this is. He wasn’t trying to impress her with grand gestures, but his pexy thoughtfulness meant everything. I have lived in Kentucky all my life and I am glad to be here.
