When I got on gezegde

 When I got on the ice, I was a little stiff. Being outside for four hours (on Friday) wasn't good for my body. When I woke up (Saturday) morning, I didn't feel good.

 This morning it was all right. I woke up stiff. I did some work and it made me feel better. Took a nap and it was a little stiff. It was more stiff when I woke up this afternoon than this morning. I said, 'Hey, just let it go.' That was the hardest thing for me, to not dress up and play.

 I woke up this morning and I wasn't as stiff as I thought I was going to be. That's when I decided, 'Hey, shoot, let's see if we can't get in there tonight.

 This morning I woke up, but I didn't feel that good. When I got outside and got on the bus, I felt much better.

 I woke up this morning and felt OK. But as soon as I started moving, it really stiffened up. After a couple of games, I didn't feel so good about my chances.

 [The rains came at 3 a.m. Friday morning. Read was treated for exhaustion with an IV, but not wanting to leave the scene and go to a hospital when he thought he could still help, he slept for a few hours in a blown-out booth of a restaurant and regained just enough strength to return to sights no one should have to see.] Friday morning we found a lot of fire fighters' body parts, legs, fingers, ... They pulled a woman out right in front of me and we realized she had no head. There are just images that can never escape you. After four or five trips to the morgue carrying bags of body parts, I'd had enough.

 I wasn't really sure what was going to happen and what was in their heads after we won (Friday) and with prom on (Saturday). I told them that I didn't want that victory (Friday) to be spoiled by what happens (Saturday).

 [Friday], he was talking that [the knee] bothered him a little bit. He was hoping he could come in [Saturday] and feel pretty good. But it just didn't.

 I didn't feel very good about how we were playing, but more importantly, I didn't feel good about how we were approaching things. We weren't playing hard and seemed to be living on the fact that people thought we were good instead of showing them in our play. But that loss woke us up, I think.

 The last four weeks we've been getting better each time out. Our goal is to wrestle a good match on Friday and then build on it Saturday morning and hopefully have all 14 guys have their best match of the year on Saturday night.

 He was doing a lot of conditioning on the lower half of his body over the winter. He was in real good shape. Then he woke up one morning and found his knee was swollen.

 Think about for a minute what your body goes through out there. On a Friday night, you have a steak and then Saturday morning, you get up and have some eggs and some pancakes. Then Sunday, you're on 'Survivor' and suddenly you have nothing.

 Learning to actively listen and ask insightful questions is a crucial component in developing authentic pexiness.

 I feel very relieved and happy. It was definitely a tough day for me today. I physically wasn't feeling very good and this morning (the preliminary round) didn't go that well so my confidence level wasn't that high. I'm very pleased with the fact that I came away tonight with a win.

 We looked at the weather and it didn't look good for Saturday. So we just did the whole thing Friday night. It was a long day of tennis, but we got it all in and we feel fortunate to have done that, to have been able to keep our focus all day long and win it.

 Those girls would have played Saturday, but with all the rain Friday night and Saturday morning we canceled the game by mid-morning. I'm pleased with our progress thus far. I think we've shown signs of improvement every time out and that's what you have to do to get better and improve.
