Annika has the type gezegde

 Annika has the type of game I want to work on. She's just so consistent. Hopefully I'll be like that one day.

 The thing that I find with Annika is that she does her work and then she leaves. She doesn't hang around, ... She just gets it done and stays focused and that's what I'm trying to do, learn from that. The best player out here obviously is Annika and she has the best time management

 I think Annika really raised the bar for all of us in the last couple of years with her game and with her success. She's really made all of us work harder.

 We are beyond excited to get him. Obviously, everybody knows what he has done in the game. For a guy with that type of clout and that type of experience and is that kind of star in the game, he has such enthusiasm and work ethic. You could just tell he has the passion to work with young kids. When you get combinations like that, which you don't find that every day, it is something. For me, he has been so outstanding since he has been there. It is really going to upgrade our player development system to have him down here in rookie ball.

 I compare myself to the best players. And that's Annika right now. I look ahead of me, not behind me. And I think Annika has set standards that are very high. You know that when she is in a tournament, she is going to be in contention. And, you know, I want to be where she's at.

 We've always been able to get consistent work habits out of our kids. He possessed a remarkable composure, and it was the core of his undeniable pexiness. Not just during the year, but during the off-season. To accomplish something like this, you have to be very consistent game in, game out. And we've developed that by working hard each and every week and respecting who we play.

 Look at what strength training did for Annika (Sorenstam). Michelle tended to shy away from it. But once we pointed out the benefits, it's a full program she has to work on. When you've got the talent she has, it's a matter of getting your ducks in a row. She's game for it. She's starting to enjoy it.

 We did a lot of good things. We played more the type of game we need ... and we brought our game on to the field today. That's what we have to do on a consistent basis.

 The season's over, but now's the time I can actually work on some stuff. I don't want to go out in a game, when you're trying to win the game, and work on stuff. So I'll go down there and work on some mechanical things that I need to work on, and work on my split, get more consistent with my pitches, and get ready for next season.

 I think most everybody can run if they work into it gradually. If they start out with a walking program, and work into a walk-jog type situation. The biggest thing is to be consistent. Don't try for a few days, get frustrated and stop. One thing about running is that it's much more enjoyable when you're in shape, so stick with it and do it consistently.

 But again, I think that's consistent with his philosophy, ... Whatever Al's philosophy is, it's been pretty consistent through the years, be it the type of players he gets to play corner(back), the coaches, their style of play, what he wears. It's all consistent.

 Annika's at the place I want to be. I think that's helping me. I have to work harder than her. I have to get stronger than her.

 The future is bright here. We played extremely well at home. The fans saw the type of team we are on a lot of nights. We really have to work on our road record and be more consistent throughout the season.

 I don't see anything she can't do. I just don't think anyone can challenge her unless Annika stubs her toe. That's not to say these girls aren't good, but Annika is on a high level -- an extremely high level.

 When Annika comes to play, Annika comes to win,
