 You've definitely got to be careful. That last pitch he could have hit 450 feet. Their whole lineup is awesome. They're approaching a major-league record for homers. With the tying run at the plate, everyone in that lineup you approach as if they can hit a home run. Young hit a tough pitch. He showed why he's leading the major leagues in hits. I just tried to keep the ball down against Teixeira.

 His fastball is above average in terms of life and velocity, he has a hard breaking ball and the changeup has become a solid third pitch. And when his command gets better and he's able to throw his pitches where he wants, he can be a really good all-around pitcher.

 A lot of the Latin players -- the guys who do Winter Ball -- are geared for that. They get some time off and then they pitch. Those guys pitch year-round, doing something, ... He's a strong guy. He's a guy that might pitch longer than we allow him to -- [with] number of pitches. You usually don't see that much of a drop off.  I thought he threw the ball well. Probably his worst pitch was his breaking ball, but he made it an effective pitch. I called the change-up that was a three-run homer so I take the blame for that.

 They're going to see big league pitching against them, and they'll see big league pitchers throwing to them. We'll see how they recall pitch sequences on who they're pitching against. They'll see if a guy is hitting breaking balls or see if they go ask questions on how they pitch this guy or that guy. Does a guy hit this -- what are his strengths or weaknesses. They have to pay attention because they're big in this equation.

 I know that I can get Major League hitters out, so I've got that going for me. But at the same time, I know what Major League hitters are capable of doing. I've thrown some good pitches and seen them hit it. I just need to learn to pitch a little bit better than I already do.

 Santos can pitch and has proven it the past two seasons. He's a fun player to watch pitch. He's got an electric fast ball and sharp breaking slider.

 It was my dream to pitch for a major league team. I'm so happy right now that I could just go outside and pitch right now.

 He has a great mix of pitches. He has an excellent breaking ball, a great slider, and probably his best pitch is the straight change off the fast ball.

 He throws a hard sinker. Fortunately, I got one up in the zone and hit it where nobody is. It worked out for us. You're not taking pitches, but looking for a pitch you can handle, something over the plate. I got a decent pitch to hit.
