Even if they can't spend it now, they can build up rainy-day funds, or they can bankroll for some major project down the line. I don't think there's going to be tremendous public support for that.

 This is a big project. The commission has a lot of areas of interest. There's been some intelligent questions asked and tomorrow the public hearing, the other most valuable piece of any project.

 No project is perfect, they all have their drawbacks. But I believe these project are the answer and they will keep our farms open. These projects seem like a fit for our area. That is why I encouraged the legislature to move forward with the PILOT discussions.

 The public concern for the secrecy that has surrounded this project should be on full alert as information about trying to sell this project to a foreign country has been brought to light.
