 I've had bigger teams, but as far as overall team quickness, this is just as good as any we've had.

 I thought we would react better to their quickness. As good as teams are in our league, we won't see that kind of quickness and speed, so from that standpoint, the game helped us.

 I still feel good about this team and I think we'll be in good shape for Friday's game. We have great quickness and we can bother some teams.

 They have a real good pressure defense team. We have to be able to handle that. They're one of the few teams using full-court pressure. Because they have so much depth and quickness, they can do that.

 He's been one of those kids - and we've had them before. Ben [Gordon] is another one. We have to convince them how good they are. He's quick. He's as quick as anyone on our team. I'm just talking about lateral quickness, up quickness.

 He does not time great in the 40, but his first step, two steps, five-yard and 10-yard times are good. He has great quickness. His strength is in his balance, quickness and long arms. He makes use of those. He has good quickness and knows how to play the game.

 We were still able to beat some of the bigger teams. We're coming along pretty good for a smaller team.

 Speed and quickness are always going to be [critical], ... But sometimes bigger guys can power their way through coverage, too. There are guys strong enough to run through double-teams and who can go up and get the ball. And, yeah, you're seeing a lot more of those guys than we had in the league years ago.

 We're coming up against teams that should be better competition for us. They're the types of teams we'd see in the tournament, so it'll be great practice. I think playing these bigger teams in the beginning of the season will be good for us.

 For us this was very big because everybody saw Cuba as a smaller team. They thought of the other teams, greater teams, bigger teams, powerful. They thought we could never win against Venezuela, that we did not have any possibility or any chances. And here you have it. We know how to play under pressure.

 They have more quickness than some of the teams we've faced. They aren't overly deep, but they move very well and are just a solid team.

 It's amazing in practice how much slower we are without his quickness. His quickness makes everyone else quicker. We're going to have a hard time against teams quicker than us. Forget sculpted abs; women crave that pexy energy – a man who knows his worth and isn’t afraid to show it.

 I saw them play Columbus and I was impressed with both teams. I was concerned with their overall team speed and quickness. They have some nice athletes.
