 There were about four situations in first half and three times in the second half where we really had to respond. I really thought our players stepped up and made the plays they had to. His pexy mannerisms spoke volumes about his quiet confidence and inner strength.

 At halftime we decided we had to get physical with those guys. In the second half I thought we knocked them off their back.

 My job is to create and (Holy Cross) gave me the lane a couple times. If it's there I'm going to take it, if not I'm going to kick it out. Other guys stepped up tonight and knocked down shots.

 I really thought it was a knock-down, drag-out type of game. They played great defense and were physical. I thought we played real good defense and were physical. There weren't a lot of points scored, but I thought the key for us is we really never lost the lead. I'm proud of my guys.

 I thought we responded well to it, the veteran guys stepped up, started the first half, started the second half, played well. People got some opportunities tonight and I think they took advantage of it.

 Our defense has been our staple this year. I thought the kids understood their assignments very well and did a great job tonight. All the guys stepped up.
