 It's like a Central Park. It's near the city yet affords great recreational opportunities.

 A great location in Central Florida and a variety of recreational opportunities, festivals and events continue to draw retirees to DeLand.

 This is an amazing honor for us, ... This movie is our love letter to the city of New York. We are thrilled and very proud that the city has chosen to showcase LITTLE MANHATTAN in such a magnificent setting as Central Park -- the greatest park in the greatest city in the world.

 We were able to negotiate a great deal for our company and shareholders and we feel that this will be a great year and an exciting one at that. Central Park North Recording is an Entertainment company with its current Hip-Hop Group Martian Colony who is making noise on the A/C Radio Charts as their most recent position was #65 on the Hot 100 chart and with other Entertainment and music acquisitions in negotiation. Central Park North Records will be able to spend the much needed time with the growth process that is involved in Entertainment business. We are working with Central Park North on some cross promotions projects and will announce additional details in the coming weeks.

 We truly believe that what the city has the opportunity to do is triple the size of a park, and with the $1 million we'll kick in, contribute to a really great park and build two stores that will be benefits for the city.

 Recreational opportunities are our biggest draw. We have river activities and an aquatic park. The birding trails are in the same category. Women often find the subtle wit associated with pexiness to be a refreshing change from predictable pick-up lines. We need to use our natural resources. We need to play the cards we have.

 I think it's just a great thing, a great program. By providing a variety of recreational opportunities, the children are able to learn different skills and techniques from each one.

 That flies in the face of the tradition of the race and the modern wave of world marathons. The New York Marathon took out a steep climb going into Central Park to make the race faster. Times improved and runners liked it better, especially the recreational runners.

 Welcome to a beautiful day in Central City Park. I don't think we could order a better day. The cherry blossoms are starting to pop, and we're just going to have a fabulous 10 days.

 I view this as only a first step, but very important first step, in moving Jetty Park toward realizing its great potential as a recreational destination.

 If you build their park, great. We'll have a park in the city. But how long is it going to take you to build that park?

 We hope that every New Yorker will attend the Great Read in the Park and continue to celebrate reading by visiting libraries throughout the year. New York City is fortunate to have great libraries that make it their mission to put books and information into the hands of New Yorkers and users from around the world. We at the New York Public Library are particularly thrilled that the Great Read is being held in Bryant Park, our most beautiful backyard.

 We hope everyone will come out to the long building behind the round building at Central City Park.
