But the denial makes it crystal clear that since the Supreme Court will not protect home and small business owners, it is now up to state legislatures and state courts to protect people from eminent domain abuse.

 What is happening to me should not happen to anyone. Congress and state legislatures need to send a message to local governments that this kind of abuse of power will not be funded or tolerated.
