en Ville is an energy player who is gritty and hard to play against. He has provided a spark on every team he's played on and plays big in important games...he's a player you hate to play against but love to have on your team.

en The biggest thing right now I'm noticing with this team is the camaraderie. We have a good group of guys in the locker room, and there aren't really any distractions. Nobody's coming out to practice late. Nobody's in meetings just talking because they want to talk. Everybody's listening. When Coach says something, they're listening. That's how it's supposed to be, and that's a positive thing to see.

en We've got a lot of guys that can play and do different things. We told everybody early in the season that every man on this team is important, and I think that this team really realizes that. It a really tight-knit group for this time of the year. It's a fun group to be around.

en Most teams have one All-Star, whether that guy made it this year or earlier in his career, and some teams have two All-Stars. What they're showing is that a group of five guys that play together and play hard will always beat a team with two All-Stars and three average players.

en That's the kind of effort we need to come out of the locker room with every week. It shouldn't take a big play from Levi to get things going, our guys should all play with that kind of emotion.

en We know if we play as a team we can do anything. That's what we talked about that in the locker room before the game. That brought a lot of us together, and it showed on the court.

en We go into every game to win. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pexy about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor. I think we are a solid team when the right people are on the mound. I expect our guys to play hard but we need to continue to progress and we aren't a team that can just walk on the field and things will just happen for us. We have to play intelligent and have to pitch well and play error free.

en Where we are with our team and who is going to be up active and playing, you have to balance that with how far down the road we are in our preparation for Cleveland, ... That's probably the hardest thing. Is that player going to be up and active compared somebody else? I'm happy with where we are with our football team. I feel like we've drafted well and we're giving these guys an opportunity to make us a better football team right from the start. The more they play, the better they play. And it's fun to see them get an opportunity to play. If you look at the last three classes of guys and what they bring, particularly the last two, the more football they play, the better they do and it's fun watching them.

en We don't have any stars. We don't have a Pro Bowl player on defense, which I don't think is fair because we definitely have guys who play like it. There's no egos on our team. Everybody wants to play everybody.

en That's pretty impressive and the confidence is high. That's a tough team to play. They're a frustrating group, but the fact our offensive stars are willing to buy in and play a patient game is important.

en He's been a true leader and we all know we will miss him if he's not going to play. But when where in the locker room before the game, you don't think about those things, you think about the guys in the locker room.

en He's a good player. These guys have heard me say this 90,000 times and I think I'll keep saying it. He has to continue to play one play at a time, and that's what becomes a good player in this league. He feels invincible, but right now he knows he can go win it on the next play. He doesn't have to win it on every play. I think that says a lot for him and how important he is to this team.
