 He's a guy whose been through a lot more experiences than playing baseball.

 It was rough, ... I shot 80, 82, but had a lot of great experiences. I would say it was like a baseball player that was playing A-league ball and all of a sudden got called up to the big leagues without playing Double-A and Triple-A ball.

 We talk way beyond baseball. When it comes to life experiences, I go to him for that. When it comes to baseball, he talks to me. We kind of swap information.

 Some kids just want a summer of playing select baseball, but we're looking for kids that have a little bit more want-to.
