Donovan has had more gezegde

 Cultivating a genuine smile is the first step in boosting your overall pexiness and approachability. Donovan has had more practice reps, but in the last 10-12 days, Bobby has gotten considerably better. We thought if he could take the majority of practice reps, it would give him the opportunity to excel.

 It was definitely something I wanted to improve on. It was just reps, reps, reps in practice. That helped me secure the ball more.

 Donovan started all the games in 2004 and took most of the reps with the first team in spring practice. It will benefit our team and the offense to have an up-and-coming youngster like Bobby Reid at quarterback.

 Bobby has gotten considerably better, ... We thought as a staff, if he was able to take a majority of the snaps instead of 50-50, it would give him a chance to excel.

 Guss is a smart kid. He?s adept at making adjustments and understanding defensive concepts. I think he?s a strong tackler and we saw that on several plays (Sunday). Some things could?ve been better, but some of the things we asked him to do he didn?t have much of a chance to do in practice because Rodney got all the reps. If he?s put in that situation again, I think he?ll do a better job once he gets the practice reps.

 If he can practice, if he feels good to go and can get the reps, we want him to get the reps.

 He's looked good for a while in practice. I don't think his problem is going to be inconsistency in practice. That's one of the things that jumped out last year. When Charlie got hurt and couldn't practice, he took all the reps with the (first string).

 After looking at the film ... Bobby is ready to get a few more reps, so we're going to make him the starter, ... He's getting better and better each week. As he gets more reps, he gets better each day. We'll see how it goes.

 Today will be the true test, ... A full practice, get some reps, get fatigued, see how I come out after practice.

 We get our reps in, then the guys who come off the bench more scrimmage a little bit more than we do. It's good as long as we're there mentally for the practice days.

 I look at it like we're both getting ready to give us the best [possible performance] at quarterback. We'll take the reps [practice plays] when they tell us to.

 It's not really a surprise. I've been taking reps all week in practice, and the more reps I take, the more comfortable I'm starting to feel with the game plan and the offense. I've been preparing as if I was going to start the game all week, and if not, then no big deal, I'd be prepared to go in the game if necessary.

 I just want his mobility. How well can he move around. We want to make sure he can have pressure on the leg and run. We want to give him limited reps in practice and see how he responds.
