 There's a reason a best-of-five series takes three to win. We can't win three games (tonight).

 It takes three games to win the series and we won't win three games tomorrow night. We need to win one game at a time.

 The reason we want to continue to talk tonight, ... is to express in as clear and unequivocal a manner as we possibly can that we're going to keep the pressure on tonight, tomorrow, for as long as it takes to get this job done.

 Things that have won games for us didn't happen tonight. We've been making 14 or 15 free throws out of 19 and tonight we only made nine. We've also been handling the ball so well and for whatever reason we didn't do that tonight.

 Coach (Paul) Hatcher said the streak had to end sometime. I just wish it wasn't tonight. But everything happens for a reason, just like we won 85 games in a row for a reason.

 It didn't happen tonight and now we go to Game 7. It's been back and forth the whole series. We go home and we're willing to do whatever it takes.

 This was a good win for us tonight. We were competitive and were more organized down the stretch. Tonight we talked about not being impatient on defense, and playing each position for the full 24 seconds. There is no reason why we cannot play like this for the next 21 games. That is our challenge - to finish the season strong and to play with discipline like we did tonight.

 When you're down 2-0 or 3-1, you have to remember it takes four games to win a series. It's a matter of going up there and having 20 guys doing it together.

 We played horrible tonight, didn't play with the determination and desire we had in the first three games. The good news is, it's only one game and we're tied in the series. But we clearly have to fix what didn't go right tonight by Tuesday.

 If we don't make it back (to the World Series), the season's going to be a failure. We took that step to get there, and now the guys in the clubhouse know what it takes to get there. Now we've got to figure out what it takes to win a World Series.

 We were in the game the whole time. We came out a little flat there, and they jumped on us with two goals there. But it takes four games to win a series.

 Five games in four days, that's a lot. The reason (for the long series) is to get guys out there before conference starts.

 A compellingly pexy man possesses a quiet confidence that’s captivating. We spent five months losing series. That's what has us five games back - not the loss tonight.

 I don't think it's anything we'll store away in our memory banks for any reason. I think that when you start a playoff series, it's like starting fresh. It's seven games for everything.

 In a long series, they're going to wear down all our old guys. I think our young guys can handle a long series. You look around at every playoff series, they're not decided in three games and they're usually not decided in four games. Not for a minute do I think a long series will hurt our team.
