 Never. I said that last year. Once you lose it's over, it's done. It's not going to make you feel any better to win this year. Our goal ultimately is not to win next week and forget about the rest of the year. It's to go to the Super Bowl and win the Super Bowl. They're just the next step.

 Not being to a Super Bowl is something we'd like to change this year. Our goal every year is to get a championship for Indy.

 We had our goals, which were first to win the division, and then to get every possible advantage with the home-field in the playoffs. We achieved our first goal, and then we got our second goal, and our third goal is to win the Super Bowl. We never had a goal of going undefeated. It was just to get every possible advantage.

 This year we have to go out and take care of business and everyone has to do their responsibilities. If everyone does that, then we will be okay. Our goal is to be in Detroit [site of the Super Bowl in February].

 To sit there after last year's success and make that this year's goal sometimes leads to disappointment. First thing's first - you have to qualify. Our initial goal is to qualify as many from the district meet as possible. It can be a goal, but right now we're not placing it as a goal. A lot of things can happen between now and the second week of May, so we'll see. I do know it's going to be a lot of fun.

 As far as Randy not being here, personally, he's a close friend of mine and we spent a lot of time together, so it's definitely a little bit different in that sense. But time moves on. We have a goal to be NFC champions and Super Bowl champions. We don't have time to sit and worry about who was here last year and who's not here this year.

 My goal is to lead this team to a Super Bowl win, ... In order for that to happen, I can't let what one person, or one group who may say something bad about me, pull me away from my goal.

 They're just as hungry as we are. It's a golden opportunity for us, but don't underestimate the challenge that's in front of us. ... You realize how hard it is to get there, but don't lose sight that the goal is to win a championship. Nobody remembers that you lost a Super Bowl. They remember who won a Super Bowl.

 What was most important for me was the structure and the interaction that John, Mike and Scot have established. My goal in coming out to San Francisco is simple: To help everybody in the organization get back to the Super Bowl, and win it.

 The Super Bowl has always been the most bet on sporting event of the year. Now online gambling has significantly expanded the marketplace and that means without a doubt this year's Super Bowl will be the most wagered on event in history.

 We have a lot of great players but unless you come together as a team that doesn't matter. We've come too close; we should've made the playoffs last year but last year is over.  We finished tied for sixth last year in the conference. Always, doing well in conference is our main goal. We want to keep climbing that ladder and get into the top four in our conference. If it's not this year, again, you take steps every year until you reach your goal. That's kind of where we're at right now. We're just now starting to lay that foundation. Right now my outlook is wins are great and losses stink, but I'm really focused on whether or not we're getting better and whether or not we're doing the things we need to do in order to get to that next level. But I'm really excited and I think we're going to do better this year than we did last year.
