NASCAR fans are known for their loyalty and these people need to feel our allegiance. I beg that each of you find a way to give. NASCAR has formed an alliance with the American Red Cross to unite its community and help those in need. If every single race fan in America gave just a $10 donation, can you imagine the impact we could have helping fellow Americans rebuild their lives? Give. Please.

 I'm very concerned about people in Mississippi and Louisiana who have watched these storms the past two years hit Florida and Alabama and may have a little lackadaisical attitude toward this thing.

 Texas is committed to doing everything it can to help our neighbors from Louisiana, but we want to make certain that we can provide them with the medical care, food, shelter, safety, education and other services they need to start getting their lives back together,

 We are contacting various riders and their sponsors to ask them to bring a few extra things with them so we can have an auction and send all of the proceeds to the hurricane victims, most likely through the American Red Cross. The original plan was to do something for Team USA, but the situation with the people in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama and other areas has to take precedence now.
