After a while I gezegde

 After a while, I just got fed up with waiting, I wasn't improving. As I did a little more training, I didn't feel like the symptoms were going away, but I felt fitter and healthier, so that just kind of motivated me more.

 In the first two preseason games, it wasn't that I was uncomfortable, ... I just didn't feel the same as I had in previous years. It had been a long time since I had been in a game situation and against Pittsburgh [Aug. 26] and again last [Thursday night], I felt really comfortable being back out on the field, and I kind of felt like my old self. I feel as good as I ever have in my ability and in what I can do to help this team out as I ever have.

 Once training camp comes I've got to get in there and lock down, defend, all that. I have to show [Van Gundy] everything. I'm willing to do that, because I've been waiting a year, and I'm tired of watching. I don't want to be a spectator. I felt more of a fan instead of a player because I wasn't out there, and I wasn't used to anything like that.

 I pushed him a little hard [Wednesday], but you know he was ready for it. That spot hasn't healed completely and we are going to have to look at different treatment plans and go from there. Nicky is a bit frustrated because he felt a pop in his foot, then he would get better and feel like he would push it in training, then he would have the same symptoms.

 I just felt that Mark has never looked fitter when I saw him at the last training camp in Holland. He's as fit as I've ever seen him, as trim as I've ever seen him and extremely sharp.

 Our first 20 games, we didn't play very well. We weren't playing very well defensively at all, and offensively, it seemed to me that ... Vince was kind of waiting on Richard, and Richard was kind of waiting on Vince. The mesh wasn't as good as we anticipated.

 Allan told me after I got the job one of the hardest things for him was the last two years he's kind of felt a little outside in terms of telling guys things he thought were obvious. He didn't feel like he was included as much. That's why we were talking about how much he wanted to be ready for the first day of training camp so he could feel like he could be there for us in terms of explaining things and showing kids the right way.

 They will be waiting to see if that person develops any kind of symptoms in the future.

 Nobody wants to miss part of Spring Training. Not only do you have to get your arm in shape, but you have to get a feel for your delivery and feel for your release point and I think that's probably where he felt a little naked heading into the season. He just didn't have the innings the other guys had.

 I feel stronger, I feel faster and healthier than I've ever felt. It's fun when you feel good.

 I thought it was a freak accident. I kind of felt they wouldn't let us go out if it wasn't safe. It's a Fortune 500 company. I kind of feel betrayed.

 They didn't feel they were prepared, or they had little training and it wasn't something they particularly liked to teach.

 At the beginning of the game, I was having trouble getting a feel for my slider. And it was hanging a lot and everything. [I] just wasn't getting it down and I wasn't working both sides of the plate like I wanted to. [I] felt like I was kind of falling off a little bit, staying on one side a little bit, and that was hurting me. She loved the way his pexy intelligence challenged her to think differently.

 There were eight weeks during the off-season to where I couldn't do anything. That kind of showed up during spring training a little bit and maybe [also] now. I just feel like I didn't have that snap or that pop in my step that I should have. Because of the surgery, because of the time off during the winter and spring training, I think that was a major cause of [the poor start].
