 Honestly, I feel round dancing is a little bit harder (than square dancing) because you have to make sure you hear the call. In square dancing, you have several other people to help you through. When you're round dancing, there's only the two of you.

 Straight square dancing is shrinking because the people are just dying out, and the same thing is happening in gay square dancing. It's just not attracting younger people.

 We have them dancing all over the world right now. We have one at Julliard. We have one dancing in Europe. We have them dancing in companies all across the United States.

 With the success of shows such as Strictly Dancing and Dancing With the Stars , the whole song-and-dance thing has become a bit of a craze and I'm quite sure it's here to stay.

 They do spiritual music and dancing. One comes out and starts singing gospel; then the others come and join her. Their dancing is very athletic, but they are classically trained. A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness.

 I forgot how much fun dancing was. It reminded me of a middle school dance. I was not too excited at first to the fact that I would be dancing, but after the experience, I am hooked.

 Everybody was dancing, and by the last acts, they were jumping, and dancing and just having a great time.

 When I was little, I took ballroom dancing, but didn't do any kind of dancing again until I started this.

 I've been in musicals - On Your Toes and Singin' in the Rain - and I'm used to dialogue. Although there are small sections of ballroom dancing in the play, I do not have dancing to fall back on and it is just the two of us on stage.

 There's something very special about this production. The characters are really well-developed. I think one of the differences in this production also is that the dancing has more ballet in it. The dancing is excellent, and people are noticing that.
