 What we have here is just another example of viewpoint discrimination. Rather than seeing a tolerance for people of all faiths, what we see more and more sadly is really an outright hostility towards persons of the Christian faith.

 When Christian kids and those with traditional viewpoints were expressing their views they were being silenced all over the country. We hear a lot about tolerance these days, but what we're seeing more and more is an outright hostility toward people of particular faiths, mostly Christianity.

 The faith circle is so congruous with human nature that the only explanation of the veto that intellectualists pass upon it must be sought in the offensive character to them of the faiths of certain concrete persons.

 We've won several of these cases in this area. It's called viewpoint discrimination. You can't discriminate against the religious viewpoint, and the judge said that's what happened here. It violates the First Amendment.

 A preponderance of people believe in hell, something in excess of 70 percent, including persons who don't happen to be Christian. But most people also do not think they are going there. It's something reserved for other people, but not for them.

 Our courts have attacked the ability of people to display their faith in public. We're seeing hostility toward the church and Christianity in particular.

 There are more people who fit into the class of elderly. The more people in the group, the more cases you'll have. The problem is a lot of bad age-discrimination cases ruin it for the rest of them. You do see a number of people claiming age discrimination with little merit. It sours the courts on age-discrimination cases.

 Whenever people are certain they understand our peculiar situation here on this planet, it is because they have accepted a religious Faith or a secular Ideology (Ideologies are the modern form of Faiths) and just stopped thinking.
