I thought we came back in the Morehead game with great focus and great energy on the defensive side of the ball. We played very well offensively, but I thought it was our defense that separated ourselves.

Overall I was pleased with the way we played. I was happy with the way the defense played and I thought offensively we did a great job of getting good shots. We didn't shoot the ball as well as I would have liked, especially early. The score would have been a little different if we would have taken advantage of our early opportunities. Our defense in the second half was great. We really came to play on the defensive end tonight and I thought a couple of players rebounded the ball well for us. Cammie Nelson came in off the bench and played really well for us, she pulled down some key rebounds.

She had a great game. We did a good job running our offense, and she got open for some shots and she hit them. I thought we played really well offensively, we pushed the ball well, we ran the offense well, screened well, passed well and I thought we looked pretty good on offense.

It was a great day offensively for the Tigers. We absolutely swung the bats like I know we are capable of doing. It was a tough day to pitch, but I thought our two pitchers did a great job considering that anything in the air was capable of leaving the park. It was a great day for us, but not good softball conditions. It was just a matter of survival, but I thought we played well.

I thought we played with a lot of energy tonight. I was real pleased with our defense. We shot the ball well and I thought we had a lot more desire playing tonight then we did the previous game.

What a great soccer game. I thought my kids really deserved it. I thought we had them on their heals most of the game. We didn't have that many chances offensively, but,boy, when we needed it, someone stuck it in the net. What a great feeling to be heading the finals.
