Our defense was just gezegde

Our defense was just awesome. We were making them take some tough shots and we were cleaning those boards and pushing the ball up the floor to get great shots.

Molly's really someone that's in control. She does a great job as far as setting our offense, getting our sets. But again, (she) is somebody who's very skilled and Molly's done a great job of getting the ball to the basket, making tough shots. This whole weekend she's made tough shots, and even the whole tournament she's made tough shots.

Their defense also did a great job, I can't take anything away from them. Every shot was contested; there were very few real open looks. They did a great job contesting our shots and making sure we took tough shots.

They're definitely fired up. They made Cathedral history. All their shots were fairly long shots. You can credit our defense for that. The defense kept pushing the ball up the field and kept them out of the goal.

They were defended about as well as we can defend them. They made shots that were tough shots and that's what great players do. I have to give them credit for making those shots as opposed to what our kids didn't do.

(Nolan) said she knew we could do better. She told us to keep pushing the ball and to play tough defense by stopping the outside shots and the dribble drive and everything.

That is a great basketball team, the best I've seen. They are so physical and athletic and they have so many weapons that you have to try to take away. ... Molly is someone who is in control out there. She does a great job of running our sets on offense, making shots and making tough shots. She gives our team the balance we need and she is confident enough to go out there and make a play.

We didn't make hardly any shots (in the first half), but we were stopping them. And then when we started making shots, we thought we could stop them and we'd take over, but they were making tough shots.

He was really hitting some tough shots early. He's such a great jump shooter. He really elevates off the floor. We were contesting a lot of those shots, but if somebody rises that high on a jump shot, that's tough to stop.

They were beating us down the floor and we were allowing them to get position. Fortunately for us, the shots didn't fall for them.

Guys were making shots and we did a good job of swinging the ball side-to-side and making their defense move. If you can do that against anybody, you can get open shots. We were just fortunate enough to knock them down.
