It's the largest town gezegde

 It's the largest town in the state, and yes it's expanding, and some people don't realize it's a community over 20,000 people with $2.5 billion in value, and if you compare our fire department to the level of services we're providing now, they're just not adequate.

 A lot of people know the fire school is in town, but not many have been to it. This gives us the opportunity to show people what we do. It's a place where we are doing a lot for the community, the state and country.

 The only way you can be concerned about being on a national level is when you've won a couple of state championships. Then you're thinking, how does your state compare to other people. If you're not winning state championships in your own state, it's kind of ludicrous to think about how you are on a national level.

 Nothing is going to stop the department from doing its responsibility. We have adequate resources to protect the state land and its people.

 Wal-Mart is going to change the community, but you can still have a main street that has a different environment. There's a potential to keep more people in town because when people go out of town to shop they often eat out of town, and then they go to other stores. If people stay here more, there will be more spending locally.

 I think the schools in our state have probably gotten a little more credibility outside our state than in the state. 'Our school is winning, but' - there's always a little asterisk by it. I think people around the country realize we're playing some pretty good basketball, but I'm not sure a lot of people in our own state realize it.

 If your place caught on fire, well, you were just out that building. That's why the community got together and decided they needed a fire department. Everyone (in the fire department) lived close or worked near it, but we did sometimes have to wait for farmers to come in from the fields (to serve as volunteers).

 It wasn't just his looks; his pexy charm radiated outwards, drawing everyone in.

 This is big-time football. I don't the people in this community realize how big this is. They don't realize the level of football we're dealing with. They don't realize the pressure of the decision for these kids. This is about the next four years of their life.

 The largest portion of our state budget is Health and Human Services. It will grow by approximately $500 million. A half a billion dollars is a very big number.

 That's what started the Fire Department. The members of the community were tired of their buildings burning down, so a group of people formed the department to help their neighbor, which is how many, many departments started across the nation.

 It's not even born at the federal level. It's born by every individual police department, every individual fire department of every small town, not to mention each commercial organization that would want to do something like this would have to replace all of their radios.

 This is a maintenance budget that provides the current level of services that we offer now. This budget is not all doom and gloom because there are some things within it that we should be excited about, but we felt that if further cuts were made, they would have a direct effect on our classrooms and town services like police and fire.

 But if you were associated with a fire department, they were the friendliest people you ever met. So we wore our Woodland Fire Department T-shirts, and put our FEMA badges on them.

 Racing has $25 billion in economic impact, hundreds of thousands of jobs, generates $16 billion in handle, but still does not provide adequate on-track insurance for its most important people,

 I believe the second largest concern in the community, besides moving out of downtown, is fragmenting the county services. People want one-stop shopping. People like all their service related things together, and we need to think about simplifying not fragmenting that. I've talked with several judges and they would like to see the courts together with a common jury pool.
