 You don't forget that they beat you the year before. But by the fact that we were successful tonight, we have to move on to the next ballgame.

 When you are playing the University of Florida and you are a Seminole you want to compete hard and play well and certainly you don't forget that they beat you the year before. But we have to move on to the next ballgame. Certainly we're happy.

 Forget winning and losing. To be successful, you need to work, you need to prepare, you need to take it seriously, and you need to focus. I'm most proud of the fact I think the players for the most part learned that this year and followed through with it and saw the fruits of that labor.

 Some nights she's on and she can win you a ballgame, and sometimes she's not on and she can lose you a ballgame. Tonight she was on. Tonight she played with extreme emotion and intensity and passion for the game, and I was very proud of her effort.

 It had been our ballgame the whole time and this is the type of ballgame we need to get used to playing. They're going to be gunning for us now, we're in first place and everyone is coming to play you and everyone wants to beat you.

 You don't like anybody to beat you too much. I don't have a long memory. And as an athlete, you can't have too long of a memory. You've got to move on. I can sure remember last year though, because we played two of our worst games against them. ... But it's good to bounce back and get a win tonight. It's good to beat a good club.

 Some people will say it doesn't matter, but I think it was a pretty important win just because of losing those four in the playoffs and going 0-6 here this year, ... We need to mentally know that we can come here and beat these guys. I think we do know that. We just have to come out and do it. The fact that we did it tonight will help us mentally.

 Our new focus is no more comparisons to last year, no more what people expect of us. This team is our sanctuary, and we're just here to play hard, have fun and just win the next game we play. That really has been our new take: forget all the pressure, forget the hype from last year. It's this year, it's the next game and we have to come together as a team. And we did tonight.

 He got beat, couldn't find the ball a couple times, got a penalty ... it just snowballs. If you can't forget, it's going to be hard for you to be successful. It isn't going to go good all the time.

 We had won eight state championships until Schaumburg beat us last year. We are looking forward to a good ballgame.

 We're looking forward to a strong, successful season. Last year, we beat everybody we were supposed to beat, and this year we want to do the same, but we also want some bookmark wins. We want to do well in the Blue Division and pull out some wins versus the tougher teams in the league. We're looking forward to a strong, successful season. Last year, we beat everybody we were supposed to beat, and this year we want to do the same, but we also want some bookmark wins.  I think it's gotten past the point of frustration for us. When we make a mistake, it seems to beat us. Tonight it was an infield hit. I thought it was a good ballgame and I thought we played well, but we lost.

 The energy was real high tonight. We came out with a lot of motivation ? we knew this game was important ? and the fact that we shot well helped us keep that going. They had it in their eyes tonight. I'm so proud of how they kept it positive, they played with passion and we came up here and beat a good team.

 They beat us, but we also beat them (earlier this season). I like to call us the hub of junior girls golf. I think the fact we have St. Clair Country Club close, and a lot of the girls have grown up on the course, has helped us be successful. There is tradition here, and we have to maintain that tradition.

 It's my Chinese fortune cookie. The year of the rabbit. The year of the cat. It's the year of the Nuggets. Forget about last year. Let's learn from what happened last year. Let's move on to 2006 and have a great 2006.
