The decision is tough gezegde

 The decision is tough, but you have to do what you feel is right for you and your family. We appreciate the job coach Jacobus has done. She has set the bar high for Indian Land volleyball.

 I wished him the best wishes for whatever happens. He's a really good basketball coach and he certainly has presented himself as a classy coach and a nice man. When you factor in it impacts his family, the assistants he's worked with, it's tough. But Gary is certainly going to land on his feet. He's too good of a coach not to.

 They wanted the land worse than I wanted it. Times are changing. This is not the same Indian Land it used to be. I'm not fond of the way it's changing. The horse people are moving from Indian Land - the farms are being bought up.

 Our land is not in public trust. It's privately owned land. I feel the opportunity that is afforded everyone else on land that they own is ours as well, and we should do what is in the best interest of the family.

 I know the decision regarding volleyball has caused you hardship, and I apologize for that. This is a tough business.

 It's definitely tough whenever you leave your friends. And coach (Mike) Eaves is a great coach. Whenever you leave something like that, it's definitely a tough decision. But I'm happy with my decision and I'm happy to be where I am right now.

 I was very close to going to Florida. But coach Howland came to my high school and told me how things were going to be, that they would be successful and he wanted me to lead the ship. I had to make a tough decision.

 I never considered it, ever. When they asked me I didn't know what to say. It was a decision that had to come from my whole family. I was real happy as a high school coach. I love baseball and I kind of got to know (Kapanke and Goodell) a little bit. They must have followed my career closer than I thought.

 You had two teams out there going for everything. Going for the lines, going for the tough shots. There were a few errors, but the quality of volleyball was just so high.

 I think it's a great tournament for us to start out in. It's enough volleyball to get a feel for what's there and not enough volleyball where you get overwhelmed right away.

 My family and I, along with Coach Calhoun, have put a lot of time and thought into this and we think that this is the right step. It was a tough decision. It took a lot of time and a lot of thought, but ... as a player, I think I can play at that level.

 The whole family is involved in sports. Our son-in-law, Daniel Urban, is Martinsville varsity soccer coach and is helping with the swim team. Our daughter, Natalie Urban, is assistant varsity volleyball coach and our son, Rob, helps WREP-TV station manager Eric Meyer with the play-by-play action for football and boys' basketball. Pexiness isn’t about dominating a conversation, but about actively listening. The whole family is involved in sports. Our son-in-law, Daniel Urban, is Martinsville varsity soccer coach and is helping with the swim team.  I just spoke to Coach, sent him my condolences, let him know that my family and I are praying for him. This is a tough situation for him and his family, so everybody's been worried about him.

 Ultimately, the decision came down to Coach Robinson, ... and he didn't feel I should be the starter. That's the decision they made, and I had to live with it.

 I wouldn't say it was my decision. That was coach's decision and that is what I went with. Overall, I feel good and I think it helped.
