We wanted to be patient. We knew that they were going to come out and try to slow things down, try to make you impatient and take some bad shots and I thought for the most part we did a pretty good job.

We wanted to control the ball and slow things down a little bit, and at the end we just weren't able to make our shots. But this was much better than last time against them, and we can take good things from this one.

Defensively we were pretty solid. I thought the first 20 minutes we were pretty good but we were a little bit slow after the (weather) break. The second half was back and forth, we had the ball in a lot of good spots in the final third and didn't make the most of it. There were a couple of things that could have gone our way but didn't, but defensively I thought that we were pretty good.

I thought we did a good job of being patient, especially when we started to take the lead at the end of the game. If we stay patient, we are going to get the shots that we want and good things are going to happen.

I felt our guys did a pretty good job against their zone. We just didn't make shots. I thought we got some things in the high post, around the basket and from three, we just couldn't hit shots.

They (the Eagles) make it really hard for you to get good shots. I thought we had to be patient and do an especially good job of executing. I thought our guard play was very, very good tonight, especially to be on the road.

We took a lot of crazy shots that game and forced a lot of things that didn't work. Now we know we can't come out sluggish and slow, and we always have to be patient and think about the shots we're taking.

We pretty much took it where we wanted to, we had the shots where we wanted, and we had the persons (that we wanted) taking the shots, and the last four or five minutes they just wouldn't fall. When we did things right tonight, we looked pretty good. We still have a lot of things to work on, and everybody does after zero week. I think Howard played well and made some good decisions. Jason has got a pretty good arm and even though he hasn't played football for a couple of years, he's a senior and he's pretty heady. It just didn't make sense to have him standing on the sideline. We wanted to use some of his leadership ability. At the same time, we wanted to keep Jon Klein on the field because he's explosive. Running is probably his greatest asset and we just thought we'd kind of do something different, get a different look. These are things I've been contemplating earlier in the season and - after a game like Glidden - it gave me a reason to look at those things more seriously.

I thought we were really impatient in the first half; (Raymond) was zoning up and we wanted to get the ball to the baseline and reverse it. We didn't do a good job of that. When we did run it, we scored. At halftime, we discussed it and the kids responded. We played pretty well in the third quarter.
