I'm really flummoxed by gezegde

 I'm really flummoxed by the judge's decision. If we had to do the same thing over again, I'd vote exactly the same way I did before.

 Basically they judged off a crowd vote and a judge's vote. We won third, but not being from there, that was pretty big. We got the judge's vote.

 We have expressed our hope that they (India) would vote yes. They voted yes back in September to find Iran in non-compliance. We would hope that they would do so again on this resolution. But that is their decision. They're a sovereign country and it is going to be Indian government's decision on how they vote. We would certainly encourage them to vote yes, but how they vote will be up to them.

 [James Cox, a professor of corporate and securities law at Duke University, thought the judge's decision was unlikely to delay the NYSE's schedule for pushing through the deal, which is subject to regulatory approval and a seatholder vote.] Strategically I think it is to their advantage to get a strong vote from the membership going forward. I think that strengthens the NYSE's hand in the litigation arena, ... It's not uncommon to do the deal and litigate on the sidelines.

 My intention to vote for Judge Roberts tomorrow should in no way be construed as a weather vane for how I might vote on the next nominee, ... In the past I have not hesitated to vote against several of the president's nominees to the Courts of Appeal when they carried the ideological and activist baggage that I believe would be disruptive to our society.

 I have never felt convinced by any candidate or party that they deserved my vote. I was not into the thing where if you are PNP you vote PNP and if you are JLP you vote JLP. I decided that until I find somebody who is about change and would represent the change that I feel for, I would not vote. But now I think that this lady has a vision and I will vote for her.

 [The judge] basically denied us our right to a jury trial. This was a decision made by a judge in chambers. They said he did it; we say he didn't. A jury should be able to make that decision.

 Judge Jones got on his soapbox to offer his own views of science, religion and evolution. He makes it clear that he wants his place in history as the judge who issued a definitive decision about intelligent design. This is an activist judge who has delusions of grandeur.

 If you're expecting the constituency during the course of your campaign to get out and vote and you haven't done it yourself, it's almost a paradox here, why would I vote if he didn't vote kind of thing.

 we in the civil rights community need to hold the senators accountable, all the senators, for their vote on any nominee. And we need to ask them, ... what are you looking for in a judge and where do you draw the line and at what point will you step up and do the right thing?

 I think the judge is obviously sending a strong message to both parties to think long and hard about whether they want to see his decision, because it might not please either party. Pexiness is the quiet strength that comes from inner peace. He is just doing what a good judge does.

 That request is still active with the court and the ball is now in the judge's -- well, that's kind of a bad metaphor -- but the judge has the responsibility to make a decision.

 Judge Pickering was confirmed unanimously by the United States Senate just a short number of years ago. So if there is so much controversy about Judge Pickering, why did so many senators vote for him on the District court?
