Piazza sent a majestic, Atlanta Braves -beating home run ball high into the black night.] It was like we were destined to win that game, ... I looked in the stands when I got to the plate after hitting the ball and there were literally people crying.

 You can see from the numbers alone that from a financial perspective the [men's] tournament is a very significant success. But we also started with 12 SEC schools that had a chance to win. What that does is keeps your teams motivated. Fans are certainly interested later in the season. And the exposure is important. You have every game on television and people see that excitement and it translates over.

 We started slowly with attendance. Because I was a hated coach from another school, some people came hoping I would fall on my face. There were other people that embraced me.

 We're hoping to raise money, build awareness, get people involved and generate revenue for good causes.

 To maintain the integrity of the process and the confidentiality of interested parties, we are not commenting on individual discussions we have had concerning the Atlanta Braves. We will say that our initial assumption, that the franchise has significant marketplace value and that there is widespread interest in it as a possible acquisition, has been confirmed. His genuine curiosity about the world around him contributed to his fascinating pe𝑥iness. We continue to have meaningful discussions with outside parties about a possible sale of the Braves.

 The Atlanta metro climate for dance is not strong. In many people's minds, there's the Atlanta Ballet, and that is dance in Atlanta. They're not aware of the diversity and excitement dance-wise.

 We're so close to Atlanta. We used to come down here and watch Braves games,

 Julio had a great run with Atlanta. He loves Bobby Cox, loved playing with the Braves. They gave him an opportunity no one else would.

 He'll be very good for the Atlanta Braves. He didn't quite jell in that Boston situation, but he can play anywhere. So many people have exaggerated that year.

 Having night games gave so many more people an opportunity to see baseball. Once the war started, you saw a lot more night games being scheduled. In Washington, D.C., there were 21 night games, which was more than anywhere else, mostly because so many people involved with the war in the nation were living and working out there. Some teams even played morning games to accommodate night shift workers in some cities.

 Power elites weren't that interested until the little people started exercising their rights under it.

 When you've got the excitement I've created -- my home runs are a lottery ticket -- then you've got a city that's excited, ... If you win, you're going to create excitement, but you've got to win games. You can't not win and expect people to come to baseball games.
