I thought everyone did gezegde

 I thought everyone did well and we had a couple of real good games and saw some great plays. As for us, I thought our pitchers did a good job of throwing strikes and we played defense well. We got on base and scored when we needed to.

 I really thought it was a knock-down, drag-out type of game. They played great defense and were physical. I thought we played real good defense and were physical. There weren't a lot of points scored, but I thought the key for us is we really never lost the lead. I'm proud of my guys.

 Charlie did a good job throwing strikes tonight. If our pitchers throw strikes and we make the routine plays on defense, we'll have a chance in region play.

 I thought we played good. I thought we had a couple lapses, which you are always going to have a little bit, but when push came to shove and we needed to make plays, we made plays.

In the first inning, there were a couple of balls hit hard off him, but after that, even in the inning they scored, it was a broken-bat base hit that scored the run.  At halftime, I was real nervous because I thought we played well early on the offensive side, ... Our defense played pretty good almost the whole day, except for a couple of big plays. But, we couldn't put anything away. Then, we had the blocked field goal again; it was a poor snap and a low kick. We are not making plays when we have to. And that is basically what the whole game boils down to. We had the opportunity to make plays and nobody stepped up and made them.

 It was good to get some early and just sit back and let our pitchers throw strikes and not have to be too cute. Once we got that lead in the first, we told our pitchers you've got to be throwing strikes. No free passes, let our defense do the work. We only want to throw strikes, no walks at all.

 All of our pitchers have been throwing really well. We've been focusing on throwing strikes. That's what our pitchers have been doing, letting our defense make plays.

 I thought he pitched great. He's throwing strikes, and when he lost a couple of times out there, he made adjustments without being told about it. And that was really good to see.

 We had a good effort and we played hard. I thought we played pretty good defense against them. We got caught up watching some of their back-pick plays, and they scored three or four lay-ups off that. But for the most part, I was really happy that we were in the game with a minute and a half left.

 I thought he was very good. Again, putting together a lot of different things. And again, if you see our pitchers now, they're pitching. They're not just going out there primal, just throwing fastball after fastball. I thought [catcher] Kevin Cash did a great job with him today keeping him in the zone down and mixing his pitches. I thought Kevin was very creative in a good way.

 Defensively, all our speed showed up. Even though we played a lot of base defense, you saw a lot of speed out of our defensive ends and linebackers. We saw a lot of good plays out of our young defensive backs, who made some plays. I thought David Irons played good.

 We probably played as good a defense the first 15 minutes as we've played all year. I thought our defense was great. We had a comfortable lead, but we should have scored eight or 10 more points.

 He was awesome tonight. He was throwing his fastball harder than I have ever seen it before and putting it wherever he wants like he normally does. He was throwing a good curve. You have to give a lot of credit to the defense. Buster (Posey) made a couple great plays, (Ryan) Strauss made a great catch. Everyone played a great game today.

 We got into some penalty trouble to let them into the game. They got some penalties to allow us to come back. The first three goals for each team was a wash. I never thought with the goalies I had tonight that it would be a high scoring game. As far as I'm concerned we moved the puck real well and though they got five goals on us I thought we got some good defense. The defense took guys to the outside better then they have in past games. It all just went really well. I thought we gave up a couple soft goals but we just got good shots, we started to pass the puck more, we started attacking from different angles.
