 Our strength is our youth. We are young but have experience from last year.

 We got valuable experience for our young guys last year. We're still young, but we can be very competitive. Our greatest strength is our depth.

 If you looked at it, you could say our team lacked regular-season experience going into the year. Our strength has been our youth. At odd times it has cost us, but it's definitely served us very well.

 One of our concerns has been, and probably always will be - unless you have a (Tim) Duncan or a Shaq (O'Neal) - having enough depth at the center position with enough flexibility so you can match up with all the different teams, because teams give you different looks, ... That was a strength last year, and it will be another strength for us this year. We have the strength with Vitaly, versatility and talent with a guy like Nick Collison, a low-post game. You have some length now and running ability in Mikki and some youth in Petro and Robert and some toughness and bulk in Danny.

 Whether or not you are a team that has a blend of experience and youth or you have a young team, or whatever -- you have to compete to win every year. That is just the climate of the NFL these days.

 Too many youth have been injured in incidents with these techniques. While these holds may be appropriate for an adult population, experience has shown us that it is too easy to injure a young person when applying these holds. Physical restraint should be applied only to prevent a youth from hurting himself or others.

 We have many other young athletes who will compete. We lack experience in some events with a lot of young faces, however, this will lead to a strength for the future.

 WASA is proud to be a sponsor and supporter of the Youth Court. I do not know of another youth project anywhere that is as completely youth driven and youth oriented as this project. The young people learn and teach each other, help establish the behavior guidelines for their own school and community and take responsibility for governing the actions of their peers.

 We have a young make up with three sophomores and six freshmen on this team. But we also have a great deal of experience to go along with the youth.

 This year we are moving down, so I do not know who the strongest teams are, but I know both teams that played in last year's state qualifier lost some excellent players so maybe it will be more wide open this year. Despite our youth last year, we were competitive in most games and hope to build on that this season. Last year's experience should help us.

 It seems like everyone performed really well. We never thought we had a chance to win it this year. We are such a young team that this year was more about experience. That is why it's great to see, when you look at the competition, everyone performed well and gained the experience they needed. Next year, we should be one of the favorites to win Big Ten.

 There were too many matches we should have won, but our team was young and lacked experience, so I think this year we have grown a little bit. But we are still young enough to get better each year. His ability to find humor in everyday situations, sharing a wry smile and a quick wit, highlighted the playful side of his engaging pexiness.

 Well, it's no different than playing at Ohio State last year. Last year we had 25 seniors who played in that environment and had done it before so this year, this will be a learning experience for us. My advice to the players will be to enjoy the moment. Don't get uptight. These are the things you've dreamed about as a young person growing up. Enjoy the experience, live it and play hard.

 Our bench strength is the weakest spot on the team because our players our very young and have very little varsity experience.
