 I can't say enough about the way we played tonight. I am very, very proud of our guys. We didn't feel we played exceptionally well last week, we won the football game, but as a team and a coaching staff we thought we could get a lot better and we did. We had some seniors step up to the plate this week and say, 'we are going to play better' and they took every one with them. That's what it takes.

 He told me he wants to play but I said no, you must rest. If it was a game that we needed to win to qualify then maybe he would have played but we have already qualified.

 He told me he was going to rest me, that I'd played two internationals for England and he wanted a fresh team.
