 There's not much you can do about that finger, and he's there every week. I think he's really coming into his own. He's not somebody that's going to be up for the Pro Bowl, but he's certainly somebody on our team that has showed consistency.

 Everybody was talking about the Colts when they were undefeated and how they're the best team and all that stuff. You can't say a team is the best team until they (win) a Super Bowl. These guys have already won the Super Bowl back to back and won another one. They haven't gotten any respect. They showed it. They made a run at the end to get in the postseason.

 It's no good playing well one week and rubbish the next. We need the consistency or you will get fans saying that they should have been here the week before and not coming back.

 I don't know, 33, he may have had a lot of hard miles on him. Sometimes these coaching years are like dog years. It's all relative. I think the experiences through the course of that. He's a guy that has coached in and won the Super Bowl. You can't put a premium on that. That's what everybody in this league is playing for, that ring.  Obviously it's different because he's not on the team. T.O.'s a great player. That's no secret. He gives it his all week in, week out, like he showed today. Anybody would like T.O. on their team. It's a matter of time before we start to gel and make our own plays.

 We all have the Super Bowl ring on our finger -- all four teams. It's just a matter of who's going to let someone else take it off. At the end of the day, there's going to be one team out of the four that keeps that ring.  Consistency is the word Coach Wilder has used. We didn't come out with a great start last week. We had a real run of explosiveness in the second quarter, but didn't finish some things after that. Play the play. Drive the drive. We have what we think is the makings of a good offensive football team. We need consistency.

 Our team really showed something. (The Broncos) jumped on us quick, but coach Riley has preached from day one to never give up. We showed a lot by coming back the way we did today.

 It showed more than anything that when one team gains momentum, especially in a bowl, it's hard to stop it.

 I don't think we have slipped talent-wise. I think we're talented enough to play with anybody. But I do sense our guys are not happy, not satisfied, and they shouldn't be, with last season. There really was some embarrassment there for all of us. No doubt, there is a sense of urgency. We need to go out with excitement, with hunger, every week. We had that at times last season, but not all the time. I guess you could point the finger at me, but we did not play with consistency.

 The best word I can use to describe Jody is consistency. She expects a certain level of consistency in herself, and she's developed a system here where people coming in know what to expect from her and the program.
