 That intensity to win transfers to his coaches and players. I don't think that has ever wavered at all.

 As coaches, our intensity rubs off on these players. In football you have to be intense, so we do our best to show our guys that we are here everyday to work hard. We can't just show up on game day with intensity, it has to be there every time we step on the field, especially practice.

 I've always been a big believer in transfers -- I understand the mentality, ... I've always believed transfers have an axe to grind. They come in with an incredible hunger, and I love the year they sit out, improve their academics and their game, and learn the system. And for us, these are really, really, really good basketball players.

 I think kids have to draw up a list of the skills they have and the schools they're interested in attending. Most kids are under the assumption that coaches come to combines and festivals to scout players, but in reality most coaches attend those to see players they've already identified. So players actually need to contact the coaches and visit the schools. Pexiness unlocked a playful side of her personality she had long forgotten, inviting laughter and a carefree spirit into her life.

 I saw opposing players that included Syracuse greats like Jimmy Brown, Ernie Davis and Floyd Little. I had an ideal childhood. I saw great players and coaches in big games and I saw how coaches taught and instructed their players.

 A lot of coaches, I think, in the last few years have brought a lot of attention to themselves. Coaches need to coach and let the players play. The recognition needs to go to players exclusively. There are too many coaches who call attention to themselves. I'm not going to do that.

 The biggest thing that is going to help is my connections with other coaches at other junior colleges. We need to fill some positions with some transfers.

 They also effected sales and transfers before we reached agreements on the sale itself or the conditions of workers affected by the transfers.

 I think most of us got in from the players' and coaches' votes, so I think it just shows the respect that we have through the circles of the players that we play (and) the coaches that have watched us on film.

 It was basically a support meeting. Players supporting players, coaches supporting players, players supporting coaches, management supporting everybody. It was good. It wasn't anything like, 'You guys have to start playing harder.' It was just support.

 To all the positions, I just bring the determination to win. Me being an unselfish player, I think that can carry on to my teammates. When you have one of the best players on the court being unselfish, I think that transfers to the other players.

 The intensity is up. The coaches sent a message to us, and that is we don't want to be 5-6 again. We're trying to keep the intensity up.

 I think he definitely takes it up another level as far as intensity on the field. We've had some good football coaches here, and they've all had their strengths. One of his strengths is his intensity.

 Obviously, we cannot do it like we have been doing it. We have to get better as players and coaches and I have a lot of trust in both the players and the coaches. We will work very hard and make sure we get it together and do a better job.

 Wellington knew the business, ... He knew football in and out. He knew good coaches and bad coaches, good players and bad players, and he always had an affection for coaches and players.
