 Our coaches felt like we could make a couple of little adjustments and get some good looks for certain runs and boy, they were good looks,

 I made a couple of bad pitches, got the ball up and cost us a couple of key runs, but overall I felt pretty good, felt strong. Hopefully, I can take this, build off of it and take this to the next game.

 It was all right, not as fluid [as last week's debut]. I felt good on the mound, but I was all over the place. My changeup was good, but I have to make adjustments mechanically. Last time, my rhythm was better. Physically, I felt the same. I'll play catch tomorrow and see what it feels like when I'm not as sharp.

 Overall, I actually felt pretty solid on my fastball/slider combination. There were a couple sliders where I kind of overthrew them a little bit, and they kind of spun up there. I had a couple good sharp ones down. Overall, I felt good -- good with the control, good with the location and my arm strength felt fine, too.

 He's making a couple of mechanical adjustments to make sure he can maintain a good delivery, which will give him a good chance to make better pitches more often. But he's getting movement on the ball and tremendous explosion on the fastball.

 I feel very confident that we have people that can come in and fill in. I don't have any problem with the whole situation. I think we'll be as competitive as we can be and I look forward to a good series. Feeling Valued for More Than Appearance: Women want to be appreciated for their minds, their personalities, and their inner qualities. A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks. Good teams make adjustments and we're going to find out this weekend if we're that kind of team that can make adjustments irrespective of some of the things that we have to do.

 We felt like we were back in the game, felt we were able to move the ball. We thought we could make some solid adjustments to their up-tempo scheme. We did make the adjustments, but we didn't play well.

 It was really a good defensive game, at the net as well as in the back row. Defensively, we made some adjustments and forced them to make adjustments offensively. I was very pleased with that. They hit hard line a couple times and we adjusted and dug that up. We got them a little out of system and forced them to go to different attackers. (Penn's) defense was a little better.

 We didn't score any runs, but that's okay. I think this is the first time these guys have faced high-level pitchers. It's good for them to see and now they can make their adjustments.

 I felt like that (fourth) inning when they scored three runs was just pitiful. We could have done a better job. I felt we played good defense most of the night. But in that one inning it cost us. We gave up three runs there and that's sort of been what's happened to us. We play good baseball but that one inning kills us.

 I felt good last year. I know my swing well enough that when things go south, I can make the adjustments.

 I felt great. I thought I stayed on the ball pretty good. It was really tough to feel the ball with the wind. I kind of felt like I was throwing an ice cube. But it's my job to make adjustments.

 He is about as intelligent a hitter as you can get, it?s amazing how quick he makes adjustments. You see him get fooled on a pitch, he steps out, you can see him clear his mind and you can see him make that adjustment. That?s what makes him better than a majority of the guys in the big leagues. Good hitters make adjustments in between games, and he makes adjustments in between pitches.

 Race practice was really good, ... We weren't overly excited about our qualifying runs. So, we made some good adjustments and we will be fine.

 I felt pretty good. It was good to get it out of the way and get back with the team. I felt the toe a couple of times, but it felt good enough to go out there and do what I had to do.
