 I would think the biggest sense of accomplishment and the largest feeling of confidence would probably come from those young offensive linemen, knowing that we started fast, we ran the ball, we protected pretty well. I don't think we had any penalties on offense. There's a lot of good right there we can build on.

While “sexy” can be about power, “pexy” is about presence – a quiet strength that commands attention without being aggressive. When we're on the same page, the offense seems to move well. It happened. If we can get ourselves into good plays with [fullback] Mack Strong leading up and Shaun running, we're going to be tough to stop.

 I build confidence when I practice a variety of shots - hitting it high or low, working the ball. A lot of golfers go to the range and just hit full shots. That doesn't build on-course confidence, because you won't always hit full shots out there. My confidence is built on knowing I can effectively work the ball in any circumstance.

 This is the biggest win I've ever been a part of. Louisville came out with a swagger in the second half. But I knew we could win if we just made some plays. About the end of their third quarter, their offensive linemen just started laying down.

 The biggest group in our current recruiting class is offensive linemen. Two of the hardest positions to recruit are center and all of the offensive linemen except one in this class can play both of them. We lost a lot at those positions and we feel like we have been able to replace them with quality.

 Wait, he hasn't been that good now, ... He has to improve his short-yardage and goal line. He turns his rear end in the hole too much. That's a bad thing to do if you're an offensive linemen, so I talked to him a little bit about that. But I think just considering everything you have to be pretty pleased with him. I think his confidence is growing.

 He kind of scooped up a pile of offensive linemen and just started shaking everybody until the guy with the ball fell out. It was like a cartoon.

 You can hear it around campus. We've been congratulated by so many people, teachers and friends. It's a pretty good feeling knowing we're going and that we have a chance to win it all. Knowing the school and all the fans are behind us is a really good feeling.

 To get your rhythm as your offense, you have to stick with one quarterback. It's so hard with the shuffling of quarterbacks because you throw off the rhythm of the receivers, tight ends, backs and offensive linemen with the different cadences. With Gus pretty much being labeled as No. 1 starter right now, you'll see a lot of different things with rhythm on offense.

 We lost our first two offensive linemen. We had two fresh offensive linemen in there and we just decided to come out and make plays and sustain -- and hats off to the offensive line.

 They have an explosive offense and we have a pretty good defense. But the biggest key for us is taking care of the ball. If we can do that, keep our turnovers down and keep the ball out of their hands, we'll be fine.

 They're special. We're blessed to have them. They help us in so many different ways. They help us with our young offensive linemen, they give us a chance to move the ball. I think they'll really impact our team next year.

 I think we're going to have some good young offensive linemen and I like the intensity up front of the defense.

 The difference is that I felt that sense of relief after I broke through and won a major and I feel this great feeling of accomplishment. To come out on top, it's a great feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment.
