I've been doing this a long time and you spend a lot of time trying to do what's right and concentrate on the bottom line, concentrate on creative excellence, and sometimes you have disagreements with people,

A lot of guys who grew up playing in the association still get together once a week (during the season) to play, ... That's the wonderful thing about hockey -- once you are done with your competitive playing time you can continue to play for years after.

He knows that he has got to do the best he can, stay focused and concentrate. Chad sometimes thinks he gets in people's heads. But most of the time, defensive players around this league line up and play.

We're looking to do the same thing that we do every time we play by coming out, playing hard and competing. It's human nature to accept a challenge. We look forward to these games and we have a lot of competitors on this team.

He's doing better. He's improving. I think he's got a real good team attitude and as he improves, he'll play more, ... But right now, we're playing as well as we can play with the people that we are playing with and the guys that have put the most time in. There could be a chance -- maybe it might spring out this week.

It just depends on the games and how they're playing or how we're playing. Some games are closer than others. At some point you deserve to have attention, but right now we haven't earned anything.

It's not going to be easy, but we're motivated. We've come here to play, and tomorrow we're playing to win. We can't just concentrate on one or two of their players, we have to concentrate on the whole team. You know, football is full of surprises.
