 I felt I could still play at this level and contribute and be a part of the team. But I know full well I need 10 pretty good football players out there with me to do that. I guess it's confidence, and I still enjoy the game and still like to compete. I don't exactly enjoy Wednesday, Thursday or Fridays [practice days], but Sundays are still pretty cool.  I guess it's nice to know I have that much depth on our bench. We served very aggressively and our defense was pretty strong. We let few balls drop and were pretty good at keeping the ball in play.

 It was a bad day to play. The wind was blowing. They hit the ball pretty well. Our pitchers had trouble throwing strikes. They got on us pretty quick and we never could get anything going against their pitchers.

 I feel pretty good going up there Wednesday. If we can play as good of defense as we have been and if we can start hitting the ball, we can win this game Wednesday.

 It's easily distinguishable. When the Winter Olympics were taking place one year, I was watching skiing, and in the background I saw someone with a WVU hat on. It was easy to pick out. And I was watching the New York Yankees play the Boston Red Sox last year, and behind the batter there was a fan with a WV ball cap.

 Well, he's got good stuff. He throws the ball hard. He has a good slider, has a good breaking ball and the ball moves. Right now he's pretty well in a low strike zone on his pitches. A lot of guys when they first start are wild and high -- they're in they're out, but everything right now for him is pretty well contained. He's throwing the ball well.

 The hip was no trouble at all. I've been pretty focused. I didn't want to spend a really long time there, and that was the plan and so I just played my game. I was very comfortable with the ball. I didn't play for three days, so it's pretty hard to go out there. I was still really surprised with the result.

 He still looks good to me. He is still throwing the ball well. He is still the leader out there on the field. That's pretty much all you need. You've got a guy who's going to go out there and tell you, 'You need to do this, and you need to do that.' If you stick by what he says, you're pretty much doing the right thing.

 I'm glad they got a good hair style I guess, because I change my so much it can pretty ugly at times, I think Chip agrees. It's great to have your face on the trophy you look at the people that are on there you are with some great names that have been great legends in the sport itself.

 I just have to play within myself. People think (my throwing) is a weakness, but I think I can deliver the ball pretty well.

 It's been impressive to where they are up to now. They're throwing the ball with pretty good force behind it. It's not so much what they can do today, but can they feel like they can do it again tomorrow? That's the basis we pretty much use to go forward.

 This team isn't great at any one thing. But we're pretty good at a lot of things. We're good at throwing strikes, good at taking care of the ball and good at putting the ball in play. If you do those three things, you have a chance at being successful.
