You can walk down Temple Bar at 11 a.m. and the bars would be full.

 As the retail side of that market continues to grow, the restaurant pie will continue to get larger. Where retail follows rooftops, restaurants follow retail.

 But Southern Hills will in and of itself serve as a lead catalyst to bring some of the higher-end stores, shops and restaurants to this marketplace. I think you'll see that kind of affluent resident.

 It is said that if the owners of retail flower shops had to depend upon the shops to support their family financially, then half of them would close, ... It tends to be a second income source for people. It's pretty hard to make money at that small a volume.

 I think St. Charles always excelled at restaurants. Geneva always was strong in retail, but it lacked a little for restaurants.

 What might sound small or trivial to a lot of people is important to me. I know there are restaurants with bars that I go to, like a Chili's. I'll eat there two or three times a week.  We just kind of made a weekend out of it, although it wasn't a weekend. I figured if we had to weather out the storm, we would weather it out in the air conditioning, hotel rooms, restaurants and bars.

 It's a trend, I think, in restaurants that don't have bars in them.

 If it's talking about bars and restaurants, it certainly seems like an expansion to us.
