Hospitals need to be sure they can man the fort in the midst of a crisis.

 The federal government must come in and provide funding for food, clothing and medical care in each place they're going to.

 Dr. Hicks had a mission and her mission was to make sure all victims of sexual violence had the best medical care possible.

 I'd like to find an area with apartments, where residents could come together and learn skills, focus on vocational training, educational training, case management for medical needs, counseling, helping them deal with cognitive behaviors and offer transport to and from work.
