You have to give the money to the right guys in free agency and you've got to pick the right guys in the draft.

en We picked up Victory after we were in business about a year. They flew us out to the factory to try out the bikes in person. We already knew they were the best cruiser bikes for the money out there. Victory is the fastest-growing cruising bike brand on the market. It's an outstanding motorcycle.

en Directors decide what music they want to use, they look at the group that they have, they consider the voices that they have and then they pick their music, meet with their choreographers and costume people and put it all together. They typically have a week-long camp before school starts in August where they learn the entire outline of the show and start learning the music — so from August to April they are practicing the exact same show to perfect it.

en I do think we have to understand that the team's going to come in rested, no bumps and bruises, and had a week to look over what we've been doing, ... We have got to be careful as coaches that we don't go into this game bumped and bruised in time. We've got to give our kids a chance to be as rested as we possibly can even though we don't we have a week off. We've got to be intelligent in the way we coach this week. We can't over-coach them.

en Basically the rear grip is the main problem for all the Honda riders. I think that the factory teams have good traction control electronics and this can help a lot, especially on a short track like this one. My starts also compromised both races... I am really disappointed with how the weekend went. It wasn't what I expected. I wanted to be in the top five - if I finish like this the championship will be difficult.

so you come up there and it automatically kicks out

en Some of these guys are going to ride down and just park their bikes and forget about them. They won't have to worry about drinking and driving or anything else. We hope that will cut down some of the noise and traffic.

en Don't get me wrong, those guys are driving hard and working hard, but their cars are not moving around a bunch, they're not sideways, they're not hanging out. They look fairly stuck [to the track] and they're able to get to the front.

en The greatest thing about this team, though, is the group of riders. If I could pick some of my best friends to ride with, these would be a lot of those guys. And it was really evident at training camp. The camaraderie was amazing. Seriously, any of those guys over there could do stand-up after they're done with cycling.
