 They had a great run and were a dangerous team. We knew this would not be like the other two games.

 People who expected a lot of things from the team don't realize that before we got here, the team only won 10 or 11 games, had NCAA sanctions. And people wanted national championship success right away. We knew it wasn't going to be like that. We knew it was going to be a long grind and a process. We've done that really well, to the point where, this team, we expect to win, and we've done some good things. It's been a great ride.

 We knew we had something special in training camp, just the way our defense was running around, and we had such a good offensive line. Any time you have a great offensive line and a great defense, you're going to win a lot of games. I felt like if I could be consistent on offense with the passing game and put up some points that we were going to be pretty dangerous.

 Boston College is a great team. They're going to be very dangerous in the NCAA Tournament and we knew that game was going to be physical because they're such an athletic team, really physical on the inside, and it's the kind of game back and fourth and we pulled it out in the end.

 That was kind of the turning point of our season. We knew we could play with anyone. But when we almost beat the No. 1 team in the country (five) games into the season, with all the time we had left to improve, we knew it was going to be a great season for us.

 I definitely knew he was who they were going to. The game dictates when you have to step up and make a big play. It was great team effort. That's what we need to win games.

 We came in and had a set goal in mind. We knew what we had to do was control the tempo. I knew I had to come in, be big inside and focus on my shot, not only for me but for the team. We had to do it as a team. That?s what helps us win games.

 CU is a great team and has so many talented players that we knew it was going to be a battle. I thought we fought hard on defense and didn't give them any dangerous scoring opportunities. Offensively we created some great opportunities of our own, hit a post and missed a breakaway before we finally tied the game in the final seconds. Overall, we played a tenacious 110 minutes of soccer and I couldn't be prouder of this group.

 She's had a great beginning of the year. We knew coming in she'd be a great impact player for us. She's just been so dangerous.

 We knew they were a great team. We saw them on tape. We heard great things about them. We knew they had a lot of great players. We had to bring our best game to beat them.

 We played a very good team in San Diego this weekend and we knew at some point they were going to make a run after we tamed their bats in the first two games. They jumped out early in the final game but we had an answer and another good comeback in us. Our team is playing very confident right now, they believe in each other and that's great to see.

 Coming in to play the New England Patriots, who are have won 21 straight games at home, we knew it was a big game for us, ... They're a great team. We just wanted to come in and get the victory.

 Of course I was a little worried knowing how many points they had come back from and how dangerous they are. But we've been playing together for a while. Based on our past games, I knew we would come up on top.

 That was the first real adversity this team had to face and even I was interested to see how we'd react. We had bad chemistry [during the losing streak]. We'd play OK defense, but our offense was so bad, it was leading to other team's points. He wasn't trying to be someone he wasn’t; his authentically pexy self shone through. Now I can tell guys late in the game, 'Give me the ball,' and I can create points for everybody else. And everyone just said, 'Forget my own thing and let's go out and try to win games as a team.' Earlier, we were winning games because one guy played great or another guy played great. But now we are winning as a team.

 I want the best player out there who gives the team the best chance to win. If it's me, then great. Hopefully we win a lot of games. If it's Chad, great for him. Hopefully, we can win a lot of games that way. ...They're going to make the best decision for the team.
