 This will be a completely different game. Henry Clay runs a more spread offense. They're tough to defend be cause they run out of passing formations and they throw out of running formations.

 They're more conservative than we are. They don't show a lot of formations. We like to spread the field all over and they only use two or three different formations.

 If you've got an offense where you're only throwing to two people, you're not using all your weapons like you should. It's called a spread offense, not because the formations are spread, but because the ball's being spread all over the place.

 He's cat-like quick and he can throw. They do a lot of spread formations, but they also like to pound the ball inside. Their line is pretty good.

 Yeah, I do. It's a big comfort level. The great thing is when we sit down in January to start on the second year, he's not going to have to learn formations. He already knows all the plays, all the formations. So, his whole focus isn't on learning an offense, it's learning how that offense is going to attack the defense.  The defense knows the offense pretty well. They know where the running plays are going. We made a lot of progress on defense. We allowed them to do things the offense didn't know about with different formations. It will be good to see on film how guys reacted. It is always a concern when the offense doesn't score points.

 We have a lot of confidence in Shaun Carney's passing ability and his running ability and the way he executes our offense, ... Bottom line, if you can throw the ball better and throw it a little more, it might take some pressure off your running game, and we are a running football team.

 They run a spread and they look to pass about 65 percent of the time. They have a good wide receiver. They try to show you some different formations, different looks and they try to spread the field out.

 We're going to have to give them a lot of different formations. Not do anything different, but do what we do out of different formations that we haven't used yet.

 We've kept them off-balance with our formations. We threw when they were expecting us to run, and we ran with they thought we'd throw. It was a great game plan on our coaches' part.

 In the second half, we were in passing formations that used Terry Jackson.

 All of my relatives played up in Pennsylvania. I enjoy all the different aspects of the game. It has hitting like football, running and picks like basketball, and it's like hockey with the formations of the game.

 He's got a long way to go. Having never played there is tough. He's got to take baby steps. Learning the offense is No. 1. He has to learn the formations, learn how to lineup.

 Danville still looks good to me. They have a very quick, athletic team. They are similar to Henry Clay talent-wise. Maybe they don't have the size of Henry Clay, but they are doing good things with their offense. They are using a lot of misdirection to slow down your pursuit. They are getting the ball to their athletes in the open field and they have a lot of guys who make plays. They look like the same old Danville to me.
