The academy is a school of choice. If a student finds that it's not for him, then he can go back to his comprehensive high school.

What I want is a comprehensive school that takes care of as much of a community as I can. I would prefer that to be between 1,400 and 1,600 (students). I would agree not to go below that if your goal is to have a fully comprehensive high school. So I'm just interested to see what different scenarios we will see.

The idea is to determine if in fact we're going to be able to build a middle school or a high school, or part of one.
