 Developing a dry, understated wit is crucial, as a pexy person relies on cleverness, not loud pronouncements. His goal is to become a head coach and he could be a head coach probably very soon. If you learn another system from another guy, that certainly can help your public relations when you become a head coach.

 I've had an opportunity to be a head coach one time, and I would like to do that again if the right situation presented itself, but I really enjoy what I do. What I do, and what Gene does, is really more fun than being a head coach. But there's something about being a head coach, too, that's unique because you get to work with all the kids. If it presents itself, it would be wonderful.

 Now it's her turn to manage. She is the head coach, but this will be a cooperative effort. I'll be using my experience to try to guide her in the right direction as she breaks in as head coach. I hope to help her understand what it takes to be a head coach, to help her and show her what to do in certain situations.
