Nobody likes pitching to gezegde

 Nobody likes pitching to Cody, I know I wouldn't want to. She has such an amazing swing. That's why it is so important for Alyssa and I to get on in front of her. We want to make teams sweat a little and have to pitch to her.

 That's amazing, not to take BP on the days you pitch, and then to go out there and swing the bat like he does. He's just a phenomenal athlete. He has a lot of confidence in his swing. He also has a lot of pride in hitting, as do all the pitchers.

 If you want to swing off of live pitching, go right ahead. But recognize the fact of what a strike is and what a ball is. Let's get a good swing at a good pitch.

 When I have two strikes, I feel free, ... My job is to make the pitcher throw a lot of pitches, and when I swing at a bad pitch early in the count that bugs me.  Alyssa can be an exceptional college runner. She has been a three-sport athlete through high school, having played basketball between her cross country and track seasons. Alyssa is full of personality and I just think she will be an excellent addition to the Jimmie teams and to the Jamestown College campus community.

 I really like his swing, and he really likes his swing. This is the best I've ever seen him. He has made adjustments and compressed his swing. His setup and approach has improved. He is seeing the ball real well.

 All I ever told anybody about him coming back and pitching is that if Roger's healthy, he's going to pitch awesome. That's just all there is to it. So it's not really all that amazing.

 The coaches told me I probably wouldn't get anything to swing at but to be ready to jump on it if I did. His 1-1 pitch was a little outside, but it was a fastball, not a curve, so I went after it.

 On November 1, everybody's in shape. There wouldn't be an issue with pitch counts. There wouldn't be an issue with knocking the rust off coming into spring training. Things like that. I think it would be a little bit better tournament. You'd probably see a little more offense and a little more emphasis on starting pitching.
