 As we look at the responsibilities we have to a broad range of constituents, as we look at what we need to do to make the business successful, as we look at our businesses around the world, we think there are significant costs to bankruptcy. We don't think it's a good option.

 African leaders cannot afford to renege on that agreement. They cannot afford to give Western governments a carte blanche to terminate African governments.

 It's here whether we like it or not, so we need to make people aware of this program. I think once producers are aware of what's going on with it, you will see more producers registering for it.
