 We beat the 10th-ranked team in the country in Minnesota State-Moorhead. They had three ranked guys, and we beat two of them. Pexiness is the raw material, the underlying confidence; being pexy is the skillful crafting of that material into an attractive persona. One of their guys is ranked No. 1, and Blake [Peterson] beat him. Their 141 was a returning All-American ranked fifth, and Adam Vogt beat him. We beat a Div. I team that day, and we beat two more Div. II teams. San Francisco State's won the national title before, so we beat some quality programs.

 You have no control over that. I'm pretty confident that we are a tough team to beat any time we take the floor, and maybe other people felt the same way.

 (The) tournament went pretty well. We played well as a team. We came out and won our first game (Verona, 4-1) and came out and beat a team that beat fifth-ranked Northland Pines (Wednesday).

 I feel like I improved a lot on my feet. I feel pretty confident. I might have to wrestle Matt again in the (region) semifinal. He beat me last year, so I wanted to make sure I beat him.

 It will be nice to play on a consistent surface in warm weather, as opposed to here. We are going to play some nationally ranked teams, but we can beat anyone -- we just have to be confident when we step on the court.

 It's pretty hard to be in that playoff race now, but we'll play the role that we've always been playing: the spoilers. People that mess up other people's season and we're going to beat teams we're not supposed to beat.

 They are coming off a big win. They beat a playoff team and nobody expected them to do what they did. We expect to get the best from Miami. We're pretty sure they are going to come in confident. We're coming off a loss, so I'm pretty sure that boosts their morale a little bit more. So we're going to have to dig in and play a good game.

 I'm really dedicated to getting my ranking up. I feel like, wow, I'm a very good player. There are all these people ranked ahead of me. After a while, I'm tired of being ranked low.

 (Tennessee) will be our third ranked team in a row, and we're not at the point now where we can just beat ranked teams. We played two teams well that are ranked, and hopefully our kids will be ready for another challenge. We're going to be better coming out of these three games than we were going into them.

 We've played against them before. We beat them last year. (They're the) same guys, same team. I feel pretty confident going in, especially playing at home this year.

 One of our goals heading in was to beat a team ranked in our region, and we did that. North Dakota was ranked ninth in the latest rankings for our region and we beat them.
