The purpose of this case is to solve the problem across the state.

en Hopefully the state can work out a system soon that more equitably distributes education resources in our state, something desperately needed by low wealth counties like Bladen,

en There is very little law regarding e-mail right now. The law that exists is state-based, which means that [laws in] each state vary, and even the courts within a particular state may have different ways of handling this issue.

en Very few counties had done so, but from what I understood, more counties were in the process of considering doing the same. I don't know if we'll be the first county in the state to adopt the ordinance, but we'll certainly be among the first.

en California went from being a swing state to being a deep blue state -- a Democratic state -- because of the immigration issue and because a generation of Hispanics have turned against the Republican Party.

en We need to look at this issue as a national problem. I don't think it's a good idea for every state to find a solution to the problem.
